I Will Wear is a new T-shirt company that I started recently. We create simple custom designs using typography and clip art to display the messages on various T-shirts in the store. These tees are inspired by current murderous events that continue to take place throughout our country and the outcry of our Black communities. Together we stand, together we fight, together we demand more of our country and leaders. Wear these tees as a fashion protest, a bold testament of the change that we demand and deserve as human beings and citizens of this country.
Our “I Will Inspire” apparel line was birthed from our personal relationships and experience with Jesus Christ. Through our good and trying times, our God has never left our side. One of our favorite Bible chapters is Psalm 23. Verse 4 says “though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me”. This verse has been even more relevant during the current re-emerging racial tension and spreading COVID19 pandemic in America. Our Native City t-shirt line is inspired by our love for our hometown city. The shop owners were both born and raised in the Nation's capital and the D.C. Metropolitan Area and have pride in our city. Although we have lived and traveled all over the world, D.C. and DMV hold a special place in our hearts.
